Every effort will be made to update this site as new products become available and old products are no longer available. Should an item be unavailable or a delay anticipated in its shipment, you will be immediately advised at the time your order is received of the shipping date.

Non-Charge Purchases - Please enclose money order or check (with your pre-printed name) with your order form. We regret we are unable to accept cash or C.O.D. orders.

Taxes - Virginia residents will be charged 4.5% sales tax.

HOW WE DELIVER

We deliver via UPS or a comparable delivery service to your home, or to an alternate address for delivery or gift mailing. Shipment can not be made to P.O. Boxes.

Rush Delivery - Indicate on your order form if you would like a rush delivery, we will contact you to see if we can accommodate your delivery date. (Additional charges may be added to your order for rush deliveries.)

EXCHANGE/RETURN

To return a purchase to us for exchange, refund or credit, enclose a note stating the reason for the return and send the package via UPS or insured parcel post to Ute’s Gift Shop, 456C Wythe Creek Rd., Poquoson, VA 23662.

Damaged Shipments - If you receive a damaged item, keep the original packaging materials. Call us immediately at 1-757-868-0736. In most cases, we can notify the carrier and they will pick up the damaged item. we can save you time and money if you call us first for assistance.

We will expertly wrap your selection and enclose a gift card with your personal message for $5.00.
